I am currently involved in training white card training course across 4 states. In Victoria I conduct the training session as a contractor trainer assessor in different locations. In these training session I had different types of learners such as construction workers, school students, uni students, corporate body and so up to 30 learners in one training session. I also involved in online training in other state and territories. I believe I can use this experience to provide a quality training. In addition I have plan involve a marketing team to promote the business and bring clients to the business.
